Linden House sits atop Carmichael Ridge in Hudson, Wisconsin, overlooking an expansive wooded ridge to the west. It is a view that helped shape the architecture of the community itself — including its central terrace, pool and outdoor gathering spaces.
THE VIEW & THE VALLEY
Westward Facing.
Forever Inspiring.
A sweeping, tree-lined horizon. A terrace designed around it. And every evening, another reason to look west.
THE CENTRAL TERRACE
The Best Amenity Isn’t Inside.
From the central terrace, the horizon stretches across a canopy of trees. There are no city towers competing for attention. No screen necessary. Just sky, treetops and the changing character of the St. Croix Valley.
In summer, everything is saturated green. Autumn brings the kind of color this part of the valley is famous for. Winter reveals the architecture of the trees. And spring starts quietly, one shade of green at a time.
GOLDEN HOUR
Golden Hour Has a Gathering Place.
Linden House is deliberately oriented toward the west, making the central terrace a natural place to meet at day’s end.
Bring a book out early. Take a late swim. Meet friends around the fire. Open a bottle of wine. Stay through sunset.
THE ST. CROIX VALLEY
Four Seasons. Front Row.
Living in the St. Croix Valley means noticing the seasons. At Linden House, expansive windows, nature-inspired interiors and outdoor spaces were conceived to keep that connection close. The colors, light and landscape beyond the glass become part of daily life – changing the mood without changing the address.

This is Why We Built Here.
There were countless places Linden House could have been. But there was only one with this view.
